Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the site, you agree that your use of this site and any dispute over our online privacy policy practices is governed by this notice.  When 333Ltd. requests Personally Identifiable Information from you on the site, you may choose not to provide that information, but if you decline to provide such information, 333Ltd. may not be able to provide the requested services.

This information, which can be used to contact or to identify you, may include, but is not limited to, name, address, phone, email, and depending on the nature of program, may require submission of other identifiable information in order to obtain the services requested.

Non-Personal Information consists of information that is collected regarding your use of our site.  Data may include, but is not limited to, pages visited, order of visits, links clicked, and use of URLs clicked to access our site (referrals).

A Program Affiliate is a business or organization where a relationship exists, either contractual or non-contractual, in support of the program initiatives. The relationship is confidential in nature and use of the student's information by that entity is for the intent of supporting that program only.

Information Collected: Non-Personal vs. Personally Identifiable. 333Ltd. uses Cookies to collect your Non-Personal Information on our site. Gathering information through Cookies is for the sole purpose of improving our service, developing new methods of displaying information, and ensuring the technical functioning of our web site.

Use of Information. Non-Personal Information. 333Ltd. collects and analyzes this information to evaluate the behavior of users on our site.  333Ltd. may share Non-Personal Information, such as user patterns and trends, with Program Affiliates, instructors, and others, such as web designers, to enhance the user’s experience through our site.

  • Personally Identifiable Information. 333Ltd. uses this information to deliver the services you request or initiate, such as responding to emails and your inquiries, processing your registration in programs, and notifying you by email of future offerings.

  • Financial. 333Ltd. may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to our authorized payment processor in order to help complete a financial transaction that you requested.
  • Program Affiliates.  Affiliates, under the terms of contractual confidentiality agreements, may have limited access to select Personally Identifiable Information which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their roles and provide contractual services in support of 333Ltd. programs. Such services may include, but are not limited to, providing student access to a learning management system and also access to instructors and technical support. 333Ltd. does not share your Personally Identifiable Information with Program Affiliates, or any other third party, for the purpose of direct marketing.

Analysis and Review. 333Ltd. may choose to evaluate an educational offering upon completion to identify areas of improvement or success. Criteria for analysis may be based upon, but not limited to, factors such as rates of program completion in relation to education/work experience attained prior to enrolling. 333Ltd. may share these confidential findings with Program Affiliates or instructors instrumental in supporting the offering. Personally Identifiable Information will only be shared to the extent necessary to perform the review and determine results for shaping future programs.

Information Security.  Information gathered on our site is stored within databases to which only 333Ltd. staff can access.  Furthermore, in some circumstances and depending on their roles within 333ltd, only select individuals may access key information.

333Ltd. has in place commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of the information you provide on our website.  However, no system is without a minimal amount of risk.

333Ltd. reserves the right to inactivate or lock accounts at its discretion or if unauthorized access is detected.

Links to Other Sites. Links to organizations external to 333Ltd. or within other departments at the university may be provided on our web site in association with our course/program offerings. If you choose to click on a link to one of these sites, you should review its privacy policy as to how that organization collects and uses your Personally Identifiable and/or Non-Personal Information. 333Ltd. assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of these other sites.
